Duties:
Volunteers typically arrive a day or two before the general admission as many of our shifts are pre event. Volunteer slots are about 80% outside of main festival hours concentrating on vendor, artist, and guest arrivals and departures. Volunteer shifts are around 6 hours each with two or three shifts over the event depending on schedule and ticket price. No more than one volunteer shift typically overlaps with main festival hours, guaranteeing plenty of play time. Paid staff usually work 40 hours over four days and can expect at least one full festival day/night to have silly time. We do have hybrid positions available for those that want to do a little extra for cash and also have enough time off to get their grove on.
We ‘ll do anything that moves.
We are a bunch of festival loving people that want to have a good time, make new friends, and participate in creating something worthwhile.
